Sick in Bed

Ben got the flu this weekend. Poor guy. He was so sick. He got sick early Sunday morning and has been stuck in bed since. Today he finally started feeling better. I just hope I don't catch it. :/

Halloween Weekend

On Friday, Ben and I stayed home and passed out candy to all the little kids. On Saturday Ben had a class costume party so we decided to go to that. It was so fun. Everyone had such great costumes. They had a costume contest and Ben won for best individual. He deserved it. We went as The Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, Rowdy was Max (the Grinch's Dog) His costume is a little reindeer and Ruby was Santa's little helper. Ben was cracking us up all night long. He put face paint on and about 30 minutes into it his face was peeling. And it was supposed to come off with soap and water but we later found out it stained for a little while. Also, those socks he is
wearing are tights, which was a laugh in itself. When we were shopping I kept saying are you really going to wear those? He thought there would be no problem with them. He thought how hard could it be. Yeah well the whole night he kept trying to pull them up. He is such a great trooper. I love how fun he is all the time.

Conference Weekend

I have a little catch-up to do. We had a few friends over for Conference Sunday and we decided to make some breakfast for them. I had to put this post to redeem myself. Everything turned out great! :) We made pancakes, toast and bacon.



I did it all by myself.
